Reporting and documentation in Safety

OBJECTIVES:

Reporting and documenting the Incidents, Hazards, and Inspections is mandatory to comply with legal requirements and to prevent recurrence at workplaces.

This training program will develop the participant’s knowledge on Hazards “Reporting and Documentation” required in HSE dept. After completion of course, the participant will understand the various methods of reporting and minimum documents to be produced. In addition, the course describes the various checklists and standardized formats.
